📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee the stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
