📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing eyewear, providing expert advice and recommendations.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Stock and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always well-stocked and organized.
• Assist with customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the opticians to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of eyewear products.
• Participate in store promotions and events, contributing to the overall success of our optical store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong interest in the optical industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in an optical store.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including the use of point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
