📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage comprehensive healthcare programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and design interventions tailored to community health needs.
• Oversee project planning, implementation, and monitoring using Microsoft Project and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success and sustainability.
• Evaluate program outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices in program delivery.
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and community events to advocate for health initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing healthcare programs in low-resource settings.
• Strong project management skills with experience using Microsoft Project and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Certification in health program management or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bangka Belitung.
