📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize supply chain processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the logistics team to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
