Accor Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kembangan, Jakarta Raya. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who is ready to start immediately. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are providing high-quality service and are knowledgeable about the menu and products.,Ensure that the restaurant is providing exceptional customer service and is meeting or exceeding guest expectations.,Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the hotel.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to challenges and opportunities.
