📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a culture of safety.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace hazards and risks.,Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Promote a positive safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety and health officer role.,Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
