PT. Run Hui Indonesia is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is proficient in Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products/services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote the company's products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proficient in Mandarin both spoken and written.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
