Indonesia Manufacturing is looking for a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. This is an immediate opportunity to lead a section and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
