📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any financial disputes.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Lead and mentor junior accounts executives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to the overall financial planning and strategy of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
