📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
