📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the clinic's inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and up-to-date.,Assist in the organization and execution of dental procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.,Handle patient records and appointments, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.,Support the clinic's administrative tasks, including billing, payments, and record-keeping.,Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment.,Collaborate with the team to ensure all clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a dental clinic or related healthcare setting.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
