📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including stocking products and handling returns.,Assist in reconciling daily sales and cash deposits.,Monitor cash drawer levels and report any discrepancies to the cashier.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.,Assist in training new employees on cash handling and customer service procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and cash handling procedures.,Proficiency in using computer systems for transaction processing is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
