📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Manage and train a team of 15-20 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the regional office to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the foodservice industry, preferably at Domino's.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
