📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and IT solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance and provide support to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and Agile methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
