📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the teller in managing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other financial services.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash handling and customer service areas.,Assist in the reconciliation of cash deposits and withdrawals.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in the training and supervision of new employees.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.,Familiarity with local banking regulations and procedures.,Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
