📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address any issues.,Lead and motivate the production team to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow and timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent).,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Understanding of quality control processes and standards.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
