📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network security and troubleshooting.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
