📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's network and internet connectivity.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
