📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accuracy.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
