Direct Smart Lestari is looking for a Lead Admin Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashier operations and ensuring smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cashier operations,Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing,Maintain and update cashier records and reports,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cashier operations,Train and mentor junior cashiers,Monitor cashier inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of financial operations and cash handling procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with accounting software and tools,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
