📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and manage the cash register, ensuring proper reconciliation.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
