PT Teratai Sakti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store environment is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure that all stores are aligned with company goals and initiatives.,Participate in store grand openings, promotions, and other special events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as POS (Point of Sale) software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends, including e-commerce and omnichannel retailing.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
