📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee tax projects from initiation to completion.
• Provide expert tax advice and recommendations to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct tax audits and investigations, and represent the company in tax-related matters.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff on tax-related matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and reported for tax purposes.
• Monitor and report on tax expenses and deductions to ensure optimal tax planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in tax consulting (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
