Store Diamond Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning advice to the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns.,Provide tax planning advice to the company, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.,Coordinate with internal departments and external tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to tax policies and procedures.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all tax-related activities.,Provide training and guidance to junior tax staff on tax laws, regulations, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and tax planning.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
