📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement organizational development initiatives to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify key areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to create and deliver training programs using platforms like Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Learning.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze employee feedback and performance metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to support leadership development and team building.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Measure the impact of initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision making and the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in using organizational development tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
