PRISM Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and a unique opportunity to work with a growing and innovative company.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Jimbaran. You will work closely with our team of sales and support staff to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that our business goals are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Train and mentor sales and support staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
