📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the job.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
