EastWest Banking Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Officer to join our Consumer Lending team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and assessing credit applications for various consumer lending products, including auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and mortgages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit risk management and a proven track record of successful loan approvals and portfolio management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate credit applications for auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and mortgages.,Conduct credit risk analysis and determine the creditworthiness of applicants.,Review and approve loan applications based on credit policies and guidelines.,Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.,Provide credit advice and recommendations to borrowers to improve their creditworthiness.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the loan process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and reports.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.,Proven track record of successful loan approvals and portfolio management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using credit risk management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and credit policies.
