📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance our competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage and optimize resources, including human, financial, and material resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, shipping companies, and other port authorities.

  • Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in port operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of port operations, logistics, and maritime regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful operational management and improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and port management software.
