Up Star Sentosa is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about sales and have a strong customer service background, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Maintain and update customer records and sales data,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products,Provide training and support to junior sales staff,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or FMCG industry is a plus
