📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.
  • Managing and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and improving team performance.
  • Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.
  • Ensuring the availability and quality of all necessary resources.
  • Reporting to the management on the performance and progress of the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
