📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Work closely with our HR team to ensure that our training initiatives align with our organizational goals and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions to our employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of training and development.,Provide guidance and support to our employees as they develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
