📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in health and safety inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
