📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide training and support to internal teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
