As an Aesthetic Nurse at Seven Retail Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments. You will work closely with our team of dermatologists, estheticians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology and tools, such as the V-Beam laser, Ultherapy, and Fractional CO2 laser, allowing you to provide cutting-edge treatments to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Consult with patients to assess their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, following strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
• Record patient medical histories, treatment details, and aftercare instructions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and dermatology.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.
• Collaborate with the clinic's dermatologists and estheticians to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and certification programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse or in a related healthcare role.
• Certification in Aesthetic Medicine or a related field, such as the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) or International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Familiarity with the latest aesthetic treatments and technologies, such as the V-Beam laser, Ultherapy, and Fractional CO2 laser.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment.
