📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs using medical equipment such as blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and pulse oximeters.
• Prepare treatment areas, including setting up equipment and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Support medical professionals during procedures by assisting with patient positioning, passing instruments, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
• Manage medical supplies, including ordering, inventory tracking, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Ensure a clean and organized clinic environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and respect.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinical operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinic Nurse Assistant or similar healthcare role.
• Proven experience in assisting with patient care, including assessments, treatments, and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic nursing practices and procedures, including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and software, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient monitoring devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
• Valid certification as a Clinic Nurse Assistant or equivalent healthcare qualification is preferred.
