• Oversee market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of marketing and advertising professionals.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure the success of our business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic business development and marketing.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, including digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using marketing and business development tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
