As a Baker & Shop Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, preparing a variety of baked goods daily using our state-of-the-art equipment, including our commercial ovens and mixers. You'll also be responsible for managing the shop's daily tasks, such as stocking shelves, handling cash transactions, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods daily using commercial kitchen equipment.
• Manage the shop's daily operations, including stocking shelves, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Assist the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and shop.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in baking and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving shop operations and customer experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a baking or food service role, preferably in a busy coffee shop or bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial baking techniques and equipment, including commercial ovens, mixers, and other kitchen appliances.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Valid food handling certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
