📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
• Provide guidance to managers on best practices for employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions in Cikarang and Surabaya.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
