📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop innovative products using 3D modeling and rapid prototyping technologies
• Create detailed 3D models using industry-leading software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Conduct stress analysis and optimize designs for manufacturability using tools like ANSYS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our prototypes are manufactured to the highest standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of mechanical engineering
• Mentor and train junior engineers and interns
• Contribute to the development of new processes and methodologies for 3D modeling and rapid prototyping
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on 3D modeling and rapid prototyping
• Proficiency in using 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS
• Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus
