As an On-Call Speech & Feeding Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services. Your daily tasks will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive speech and feeding evaluations for patients of all ages, including adults and children.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Providing therapy sessions to improve communication, swallowing, and feeding skills.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Documenting patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and comprehensively.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing development of our speech-language pathology services.
• Adhering to all relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices in speech-language pathology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in speech-language pathology, with a focus on speech and feeding disorders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) from the Indonesian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists (IASSLP).
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and continuously improving clinical practice.
