📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of road and bridge projects
• Oversee the budgeting and financial management of infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regional and national infrastructure standards and regulations
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise
• Develop and implement strategies for the sustainable development of infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
• Represent the Bina Marga division at regional and national infrastructure conferences and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure development and management
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of regional and national infrastructure standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in using infrastructure management software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
