📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify invoices and financial transactions using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
- Provide financial support to the operations team, including cost analysis and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
